Following the essay moderation last week, this week we have been conducting 1:1 sessions with the year 13 students. These have been running for a full hour lesson and enables us to discuss the essay with each individual student and work through how to make improvements to the work.
Below are screenshots of an essay I have worked on with a student - the writing in green is where we have worked during the lesson to build on existing chapters and develop her writing.
