As part of the SOW for year 9, I have completed a presentation slide for Whole Class Feedback. This WCF was for the first 6 weeks of work within the skateboard & surfboards project, where students have explored choosing a theme, stenciling, pencil sketches and using fine liners.
On this WCF, I have included 'features of excellent outcomes' along with 'common misconceptions'. These enable students to clearly identify anything they have done well within their work and anything that could be improved on. The students then can respond below this commenting on WWW and EBI's. During this lesson they also complete a series of DIRT tasks. These could be improving or completing a piece of work, researching a new artist or even completing a new piece of art work. The DIRT tasks are colour coded so the students can easily challenge themselves based on the difficulty of each task.
