In year 7 art lessons, they have recently completed their 'Whole Class Feedback'. This involves me completing the template (above) with common misconceptions & features of excellent outcomes. This allows for students to clearly see how they can improve as a whole class and also, what they have done well. The addition of star work allows for the students to see visual examples of high quality work - promoting progress within lessons and also setting high expectations.
Having visual examples of work, promotes the work of students who have done exceptionally well as well as giving other students in the class motivation to then achieve high standard pieces of work. This Whole Class Feedback is completed every 6 weeks & allows us to minimize marking by providing universal feedback to the whole group.
