Communicating with students - Distance Learning

As a tutor, I have been emailing students twice a week to check in with them. This enables me to monitor their well being & assist with any work if needed, whilst they are undergoing distance learning. 
Below is an example of an email that I have sent to my tutor group (they are a shared group, so they get emails from both myself & another teacher).
