Year 13 1:1s

In online lessons with year 13, I have been conducting 1:1 sessions with the students alongside their other subject teacher. 

When speaking to the students I catch up with them as to where they are with their work & how they are getting along. I then support them by going through the tasks they need to complete to move forward with the project and making suggestions as to how they can develop their project. 

These 1:1 sessions allow me to establish good relationships with the students, gain a good understanding of their projects and their needs, whilst supporting them through their developments. 

I then follow up these 1:1 sessions by emailing the students notes from their session. Below are two examples of emails I have sent (to the same student) from different 1:1 sessions.
