As part of the skateboard project, the students have to create 3 different backgrounds using different materials and techniques. One of which is drawing ink, which I have created an example sheet for. This sheet demonstrates different techniques that they could use when creating their background designs.
The students could explore and experiment with these different techniques in their sketchbooks prior to creating a background. This will enable them to determine which technique they would like to use and practice before creating their final design.
