As a tutor for year 9, I am involved in completing a weekly report for the tutor group. This allows our Head of Year to monitor any behaviour across the year group and monitor individual students as well.
Some students in my tutor group have quite tricky behaviour, where they are frequently disruptive in lessons or social times. I hold 1:1 meetings with these students during tutor times and this enables me to discuss their behaviour with them. I also frequently communicate with home to update parents of student's behaviour.
Above is a copy of the weekly log for my tutor group. I have removed names and left only initials for GDPR purposes.
