Before lockdown, I devised a stricter seating plan for year 10 students and began to consider moving them about again due to recent behaviour issues. Below in the image of my seating plan, the students are colour coded based on their needs, SEN, Pupil Premium and Behaviour. To improve this seating plan further I need to highlight any MAT or G&T students so that I can also cater specifically to their needs. I have also outlined a 'rationale' as to why the students are sat in this particular plan.
