Van Gogh - Mark Making

Year 7 students completed a mark making grid & then applied the techniques to portraits. I differentiated the lesson by having 3 challenge levels - where students could draw the portrait themselves, have an outline to trace or draw onto and having an outline with background detail to guide the mark making.
This student chose the 'challenge' activity to draw the portrait outlines herself and this was her result.
